DON PASQUALE-OPERA GAETANO DONIZETTI

Gaetano Donizetti's popular comic opera "Don Pasquale", comes to life on the stage of the Olympia Theatre in a new, remarkable production!

This famous work was first performed in Paris, in 1843 and immediately earned a place in the repertoire, thanks to its liveliness, humor and rich melodic composition.

Widely considered as the high point of the 19th century opera buffa tradition, Donizetti's masterpiece remains one of the most popular of his 66 works, as well as one of the three most popular Italian comic operas.
