NATIONAL SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA OF NERIT
FEBRUARY 2015 CONCERTS
The Symphony Orchestra of the New Hellenic Radio Internet and Television (NERIT) presents:
A. At the STUDIO C of the Megaron of NERIT, on 15 February 2015, a program which is broadcasted live by the NERIT TV. The concert is given in the frame of the cycle “Music Geography” with theme “Hungary”. The Orchestra is conducted by Mo Nikos Athineos with Stella Koukou piano soloist. Among other the program of the concert includes the work DANCES OF GALANTA by the composer Zoltan Kodaly.
B. At the theatre APOLLON of the island Syros/Cyclades, on the 22 February 2015, a concert which is broadcasted by radio and is transmitted by TV. The program of the concert includes the works GRANADA by the composer Augustin Lara, DANZON NO 2 and CONGA DEL FUEGO by the composer Arturo Marquez. The Orchestra is conducted by Mo Nikos Haliasas with soloists Gina Fotinopoulou and Vassiliki Karagianni as well as Tasos Apostolou (vocals).
The Artbassador provided the Music Ensembles of NERIT with the music material of the works on behalf of the music publishers UNIVERSAL EDITION AG and PEERMUSIC CLASSICAL.
