"TROUBLE IN TAHITI" by LEONARD BERNSTEIN

The State Conservatory of Thessaloniki presents, for the first time in Thessaloniki, the one-act opera "Trouble in Tahit", by legendary American composer Leonard Bernstein!

With his unique personal style, Bernstein masterly combines classical music with elements of jazz and blues, presenting in seven scenes the moving story of a warring suburban couple, Sam and Dinah, over the course of one day.

The performance is a collaboration between the School of Melodramatics and the Contemporary Music Ensemble of the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki.
