LES JUSTES by Albert Camus

At Apothiki Theatre, since 21 October!

Russia, 1905. A group of young Socialist-Revolutionaries who plan to assassinate Grand Duke Sergei Alexandrovich, will confront moral dilemmas about the limits of justice.

Based on true historical events, the play explores the question of violence in the name of higher causes of justice and humanity. Writing with incomparable purity, Camus highlights the complexity of this struggle, the doubts of the "rebellious man", regarding devotion and honor.
