PROKOFIEV & TCHAIKOVSKY

Bidding farewell to the first month of the new year, the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra,  presents two remarkable works by the leading Russian composers, Sergei Prokofiev & Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. 

Under the music direction of TSSO's Principal Conductor Leo McFall, the Orchestra and the great piano soloist Vassilis Varvaresos will perform the following works:

Sergei Prokofiev (1891-1953): Piano Concerto No.2 in G minor, Op.16
Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky (1840-1893): Symphony No.5 in E minor, Op.64
