Continuing the famous concert series “Music of the world", the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra presents an extraodinary musical sea journey, through beloved works by three English composers!
Under the music direction of the conductor Leo McFall, the Orchestra along with the exceptional Hungarian singer Dorottya Láng, will perform the following works:
Benjamnin Britten (1913-1976): Four Sea Interludes from ‘Peter Grimes’
Edward Elgar (1857-1934): Sea Pictures, Op.37
Ralph Vaughan-Wlliams (1872-1958): Symphony No.7 “Sinfonia Antarctica“
