TICK TICK...BOOM! by Jonathan Larson PANHELLENIC PREMIERE

The powerful and deeply humane rock musical Tick, Tick… Boom!, by Jonathan Larson, the Pulitzer Prize- and Tony Award-winning composer of Rent,  makes its Greek debute, in a new, ambitious production, by the Greek National Opera,  Alternative Stage.

Originally produced off-Broadway in June, 2001 by Victoria Leacock, Robyn Goodman, Dede Harris, Lorie Cowen Levy, Beth Smith, this autobiographical work, follows the moving story of a young artist,  questioning his life choises on the eve of his thirtieth birthday. 

Set in 1990, and featuring explosive music, 14 unforgettable songs, ten characters, three actors, and a band, Tick, Tick...Boom! is a vibrant piece about life, dreams and the power of art!
