The original names of the piece were "A Contemplation of a Serious Matter" and the "The Unanswered Perennial Question". The piece deals with the seeking of the meaning of life, a subject of high interest to the composer.

At the same concerts, three more works will be presented: “Ay-wahda-yorû” of Andreas Tsiartas, “Aubade” (concerto choreographique for piano and 18 instruments) of Francis Poulenc and the “Symphony No.2”, opus 55, of Camille Saint-Saens (Annini Tsiouti, pianist).
