THE PICTURE OF DORIAN GREY by Kip Williams

At Poreia Theatre, since 9 February!

“I am tired of myself tonight. I should like to be somebody else.”

Kip Williams’ astonishingly inventive solo adaptation of “The Picture of Dorian Gray,” one of Oscar Wilde’s most celebrated stories, was first produced by Sydney Theatre Company, and premiered at Roslyn Packer Theatre, in 2020.

Following its great success the play transferred to the West End and later to Broadway thrilling audiences and critics.

A classic masterpiece, about the cost of beauty and sensual fulfilment, in an explosive theatrical reinvention, which is a magnificent mirror to our times.
