TO BE OR NOT TO BE by Nick Whitby

At Theatre Lampeti, since 14 October!

Poland, during World War II. An eccentric troup of actors, use their performance skills and delicious intrigues, to outsmart the Nazis, during Hitler’s invasion.

Nick Whitby’s stage adaptation of “To Be or Not to Be”,  is based on  Ernst Lubitsch's 1942 movie—with a screenplay by Edwin Justus Mayer and Melchior Lengyel—which the American Film Institute ranked among the 50 best comedies of all time, in 2000. Its famous 1983 film remake by the legendary Mel Brooks,  became a smash hit classic.

An anti-war farcical comedy, full of genius twists, in a pefrormance of high spirits, which promises an unforgettable theatrical experience full of laughter!
